Pachinko is an American drama television series created by Soo Hugh based on the 2017 novel by Min Jin Lee. The series is directed by Kogonada and Justin Chon and stars Youn Yuh-jung, Lee Min-ho, Kim Min-ha, and Jin Ha. It premiered on Apple TV+ on March 25, 2022. In April 2022, the series was renewed for a second season.
Lee Min-ho as Koh Hansu, a Zainichi Korean man who lives in Osaka, Japan. Introduced as a merchant and fish broker who regularly visits Busan, South Korea. He is Noa's father.
It received critical acclaim, particularly for the performances of the cast (most notably that of Youn Yuh-jung), cinematography, and writing.

Yes so exciting! Hopefully the awards and recognitions will follow S2. I believe this is the best production on 2022 on all levels and my respect for LMH and his abilities grew in multitudes. When is season 2 coming ?anyone knows the date ?
It will air at the 1st quarter of 2024.
Now I can say that I have seen the 1st season of the Pachinko series. I was deeply touched by the historical trauma that turned families' lives upside down and its transgenerational impact. The excellent, impeccable, full of dignitygreat performance of Lee Minho and his co-stars chained me to the screen. I thank you very much.π«°π
