Lee Min Ho Instagram Updates while filming "Ask The Stars" | 20230125

 

On the 25th of January, Lee Min-ho updated his official instagram account featuring his filming  site with his new tv series "Ask The Stars".


He captioned: "dozens of eyesight"






That is photogrammetry, a method of photographing a subject from various angles, analyzing and integrating the digital images to create a three-dimensional 3DCG model.

Lee Min Ho's "Ask The Stars", Keyeast Unveils New Line Up for 2023 | 20230118

 

On the 19th January, Keyeast unveiled a more powerful drama planning lineup in addition to on-air works in 2023. After a long preparation, they scheduled to present a total of 3 dramas through various channels, including 'Ask the Stars', 'No Secret', and 'Illumination', will continue to collaborate with a group of powerful creators who have been proven with their skills to create an original plan. 



"Ask The Stars" is is a sci-fi romantic comedy drama. The leads of this drama will be the top Hallyu actor Lee Min-ho, and award-winning actress Kong Hyo-jin (Gong Hyo-jin).

Lee Min Ho was featured in Gong Hyo Jin Instagram Stories Updates | 20230108



On January 8th, Actress Gong Hyo-jin posted a video story on her gram with Lee Min-ho during their filming with the TV series "Ask The Stars".

The two actors are currently filming for their new TV series that will be shown this 2023. "Ask The Stars" is a romantic comedy about an astronaut and a tourist who meet and fall in love at a space station.


Gong Ryong is an OB-GYN (obstetrician-gynecologist) with a strong sense of responsibility who arrives at the space station as a tourist. Meanwhile, Eve Kim is a Korean-American astronaut.


No exact date has not been released yet.

Pachinko TV Series Official Trailer



“Pachinko” premieres globally March 25, 2022 on Apple TV+. Today Apple TV+ unveiled the trailer for “Pachinko,” its highly anticipated, sweeping drama series told across three languages – Korean, Japanese, and English.


Apple TV+ releases trailer for the highly anticipated series “Pachinko,” starring Academy Award winner Youn Yuh Jung and multi-hyphenate sensation Lee Minho, ahead of its March 25 global premiere.


Epic in scope and intimate in tone, the story begins with a forbidden love and crescendos into a saga that journeys between Korea, Japan and America to tell an unforgettable story of war and peace, love and loss, triumph and reckoning. The series will premiere globally on Apple TV+ on March 25, 2022 with the first three episodes followed by new weekly installments each Friday during its eight-episode season through April 29, 2022. The series is based on the acclaimed New York Times bestselling novel by the same name and is created by Soo Hugh.

Lee Min Ho | "When The Stars Gossip' 2025 Series

 

Ask the Stars (Korean: λ³„λ“€μ—κ²Œ λ¬Όμ–΄λ΄; RR: Byeoldeulaegae Muroebwa) is a 2025 South Korean television series written by Seo Sook-hyang and directed by Park Shin-woo. It stars Lee Min-ho and Gong Hyo-jin in the lead roles. The series follows the fateful encounter of a space-tourist and an astronaut on a space station.

"When the Stars Gossip" is a Korean drama set in a zero-gravity space station where a space commander, Eve Kim, and an unexpected visitor, Gongryong, develop a romantic connection. The series explores themes of love, loss, and the challenges of human relationships in a unique environment. 

The series centers on Eve, a commander overseeing a space station, and Gong-ryong, a gynecologist who visits the station for a few days as a space tourist.

Lee Min Ho's "Pachinko" TV Series [2022]

 

Pachinko is an American drama television series created by Soo Hugh based on the 2017 novel by Min Jin Lee. The series is directed by Kogonada and Justin Chon and stars Youn Yuh-jung, Lee Min-ho, Kim Min-ha, and Jin Ha. It premiered on Apple TV+ on March 25, 2022. In April 2022, the series was renewed for a second season.



Lee Min-ho as Koh Hansu, a Zainichi Korean man who lives in Osaka, Japan. Introduced as a merchant and fish broker who regularly visits Busan, South Korea. He is Noa's father.


It received critical acclaim, particularly for the performances of the cast (most notably that of Youn Yuh-jung), cinematography, and writing.

Lee Min Ho as "King Lee Gon" for The King: Ethernal Monarch



The King: Eternal Monarch is a 2020 romantic-fantasy South Korean television series starring Lee Min-ho, Kim Go-eun, Woo Do-hwan, Kim Kyung-nam, Jung Eun-chae, and Lee Jung-jin. Written by Kim Eun-sook and produced by Hwa&Dam Pictures and the series premiered on SBS TV and Netflix for the global audience on April 17, 2020.


Lee Gon (Lee Min-ho), a modern-day Emperor of the Kingdom of Korea, attempts to cross the barrier into an alternate reality where the Republic of Korea exists in the Kingdom's stead. He comes across detective Jung Tae-eul, whom he recognizes from an identity card he obtained during the turning point of his childhood: his father's assassination. Lee Gon's half-uncle, Lee Lim, who assassinated the previous king, Lee Ho (Lee Gon's father), is in hiding and assembling armies whilst traversing back and forth between the two parallel worlds.

Lee Gon: The third king of the Kingdom of Corea. He is a mathematician and a rower. He is a compulsive and reticent person. He is sensitive when touched by others and does not easily let go of his skepticism towards someone. He often leaves the palace grounds to wander around, either to tend to his curious mind or to escape the palace life. For him, the Royal Palace represents the safety of home, but it is also his most deadly battleground. When he was eight years old, he witnessed the assassination of his father by his half-uncle, Lee Lim. While he was being choked to death, he was saved by an unknown person with Jeong Tae-eul's identity card.



Lee Ji-hun (also act by Lee Min-ho): Lee Gon's counterpart in Republic of Korea. He was killed by Lee Lim when he was a child after Lee Lim escapes to Republic of Korea following Lee Ho's assassination.

Lee Min Ho's "The Heirs" TV Series 2013



The Heirs (Korean: μ™•관을 μ“°λ €λŠ” μžκ·Έ λ¬΄κ²Œλ₯Ό κ²¬λŽŒλΌ – μƒμ†μžλ“€), also known as The Inheritors, is a South Korean television series starring Lee Min-ho, Park Shin-hye and Kim Woo-bin. Written by Kim Eun-sook, the drama is set in a high school populated by the privileged and uber-rich. It aired on SBS from October 9 to December 12, 2013.


This was the first Korean drama co-produced by American digital distribution platform Drama Fever and Korean production company Hwa&Dam Pictures. Due to its star-studded cast and writer Kim Eun-sook (who previously wrote Lovers in Paris, Secret Garden and A Gentleman's Dignity), international broadcasting rights were sold to 13 countries. It had the highest selling price in Japan among all the 2013 Korean dramas at US$30,000 for each episode. As of January 26, 2014, the series has garnered more than one billion views on Youku, China's biggest video streaming site.


The series follows a group of wealthy, privileged high school students as they are about to take over their families' business empires, overcoming difficulties and growing every step of the way.


Kim Tan (Lee Min-ho) is a wealthy heir to a large Korean congromerate called Jeguk Group. He was exiled to the U.S. by his half-brother Kim Won (Choi Jin-hyuk), who tries to take control of the family business. While in the States, he meets Cha Eun-sang (Park Shin-hye), who went there to look for her sister. Despite being engaged to Yoo Rachel (Kim Ji-won), a fellow heiress, Kim Tan, soon falls in love with Eun-sang. When Kim Tan returns to Korea, his former best friend turned enemy Choi Young-do (Kim Woo-bin) begins picking on Eun-sang to irritate Tan. Tension ensues when Young-do also falls in love with Eun-sang, and Kim Tan is forced to choose between his responsibility of pursuing the family business or love.
