On October 21, 2016, Lee Min Ho visited the Innisfree Gangnam Flagship Store in Seoul to introduce his favorite skincare products as the brand's Global Brand Ambassador. During this event, he also appeared in a promotional film for the brand and helped launch a virtual reality experience at the store.

The visit coincided with the September 2016 opening of a VR zone in the store, which allowed customers to experience a "date" with him using VR goggles.

Lee Min Ho | Lotte Duty Free Family Concert October 21, 2016

Lotte Duty Free announced the “24th Family Festival” would run from 21–23 October at the Jamsil Olympic Main Stadium in Seoul, and its lineup for the first day (21st) included Lee Min Ho.

The “Family Concert” (or “Family Festival / Concert”) is an annual event hosted by Lotte Duty Free in South Korea, largely geared toward tourism, Korean Wave (Hallyu) fans, and duty-free shopping marketing and Lee Min-ho’s appearance at the concert went ahead as scheduled. He likely took the stage, appeared in front of fans and gave a short talk or greetings and sang few songs of him.
