"The Legend of the Blue Sea" Jeon Ji-hyeon and Lee Min-ho's destiny, "My heart remembers"

The love that the heart remembers ended happily.

On the final episode of the SBS drama "The Legend of the Blue Sea", Sim Cheong (Jeon Ji-hyeon) kissed Heo Joon-jae (Lee Min-ho) who said, "It's up to you whether you erase my memory or not. She then said goodbye to Jo Nam-doo (Lee Hee-joon) and Tae-oh (Sin Won-ho) saying, "I have to go away for a while. Thank you everyone".

She then went to Cha Sia's (Sin Hye-seon) house to say goodbye and put out her hand to them. She also tried to erase Yuna's (Sin Rin-ah) memory but Yuna recognized her and said, "I saw you in my dreams. I could talk to you in my dreams".

Joon-jae studied for 3 years and became a prosecutor. He had told Cheong in the past that he was a public worker. While drinking with Nam-du, Tae-oh and Hong Dong-pyo (Park Hae-soo), he started crying saying, "I miss her". Nam-du was confused and said, "He cries every time he is drunk". At the same time, Cheong was crying too and her tears fell as pearls. Joon-jae spent day and night looking out to sea.

Cheong returned. She met a passing mermaid and gave her tips on how to survive on land. She then claimed, "I suffered from a gunshot". She headed to Joon-jae's house. Nam-du didn't recognize Cheong and Joon-jae asked who she was. Mo Yoo-ran (Na Young-hee) let her in. Joon-jae asked, "Who are you?" and Cheong said, "I am the person you loved more than the time you had". She then said, "I love you" three times. Joon-jae's face was unreadable.

Joon-jae then found Cheong sitting on the streets and pulled her into his arms, saying, "Only I Remember You in this world. My body and heart remembered you so nothing would've worked on me. I was so scared that I would forget you as time went by. I tried not to forget you". Joon-jae had recorded his thoughts about Cheong and had always missed her. He got a house to live with her and they got married, happily.

SBS Wednesday-Thursday Drama “Legend of the Blue Sea” only leaves their last episode that would be broadcasted tonight 25th of January 2017, and viewers are hoping for the happy ending of “Heo Jun Jae-Sim Chung” couple. The viewers biggest concern are whether the lead couple can walk the pink pearl road with happy ending. The last 19th episode of “Legend of the Blue Sea” ended with a tense since the leads seems to bid good by to each other, and the viewers are raising the questions and tension on how the next broadcast will be.

The Wednesday-Thursday SBS Drama “Legend of the Blue Sea” (Written by Park Ji Eun / Directed by Jin Hyuk / Culture Depot of South Korea / Production House Studio Dragon) revealed what’s coming ahead after the kiss between Sim Chung (Jeon Ji Hyun) and Heo Jun Jae (Lee Min Ho) before the last broadcast today on the 25th of January.On the last 19th episode, Heo Jun Jae asked Sim Chung whether she needs to come back to the sea, especially after Sim Chung was hurt taking a bullet for him, and have not fully recovered. However, Heo Jun Jae said that it’s Sim Chung’s choice to erase his memory or not, even when Heo Jun Jae said it’s better for him to bear and suffer with the sadness and spend his days waiting. Sim Chung later said “I have chose” and kiss Heo Jun Jae, ending the 19th episode. The audience’s questions are soaring to the max ont he last episode, especially seeing Sim Chung who kissed Heo Jun Jae with teary eyes, creating meaningful and yet strange atmosphere, conveying some kind of sadness.

The photo release today on 25th of January attracted more attention, as it teases on the scenes happening after the kiss. Sim Chung looks the same as usual, and seems to hand out with her homeless friend (Hong Jin Kyung), while Heo Jun Jae eat with his mother Mo Yoo Ran (Na Young Hee). Life seems to go on “normally” for the two leads, both of them keep living but somehow viewers can see some kind of darkness on the two’s expression. The couple seems to be intimately thinking that something have changed, and viewers are speculating what might have happened.

Whether or not “Heo Jun Jae-Sim Chung” will have a happy ending, the dice have already been thrown. Whether Sim Chung decided to save Heo Jun Jae’s memories or erasing it, we hope that the “Heo Jun Jae-Sim Chung” couple can protect their love together and stay in the same world. Everyone’s hoping for the couple to walk the pink pearl road together, Heo Jun Jae and Sim Chung can finally shed tears of happiness that can only happen once in a lifetime.
