Lee Min Ho | IG Updates featuring Omniscent Reader: The Prophet May 12, 2025

Lee Min Ho is set to mark a big comeback to the big screen this coming July 22, 2025 with the release of Omniscient Reader: The Prophet, an action-fantasy film adapted from the popular web novel and webtoon of the same name.

Omniscent Reader on July 2025

Yoo Joonghyuk, the original protagonist of the fictional web novel Three Ways to Survive in a Ruined World, is portrayed by Lee Min Ho in this movie. As the only reader of this book, Kim Dokja (played by Ahn Hyo Seop) is the protagonist of the tale. When the apocalyptic events in the novel start to materialize in real life, his life drastically changes. Kim Dokja, who is the only one who knows how the tale goes, joins forces with Yoo Joonghyuk to try to save their planet and navigate the chaos.  

Jisoo from BLACKPINK as Ji Hye, Chae Soo Bin as Yoo Sangah, Nana as Jung Hee Won, and Shin Seung Ho as Lee Hyun Sung are also part of the ensemble cast. With the publication of character posters and a teaser trailer that showcase the characters' emotional depth and fierce action, the movie has created a lot of buzz. 

Omniscient Reader: The Prophecy, which was directed by Kim Byung-woo, will be released in theaters in July 2025. Fans can anticipate an exciting movie experience that combines action, drama, and fantasy elements.
