Americans Choose Lee Min Ho as the Most Popular Korean Actors

Flower boy Actor Lee Min Ho have emerged as the most popular Korean actor in a survey conducted among Americans. With the hallyu wave taking over the world, it seems as his fan base were growing as well. According to a report by Straits Times, a survey conducted among 4,700 respondents by the Korea Creative Content Agency showed Lee Min Ho topping the list of actors enjoying the most popularity in the US.

Lee Min Ho recently starred in the hit fantasy series “Legend of the Blue Sea” which served as his well-received comeback to the Korean drama scene and his chemistry with co-star Jun Ji Hyun propelled the drama to record ratings.

Following closely behind is “Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo” lead actor Lee Joon Gi who was recently cast in the blockbuster “Resident Evil: The Final Chapter,” his first foray into the Hollywood scene. “Pinocchio” star Lee Jong Suk placed third in the survey. Song Joong Ki of “Descendants of the Sun” fame and “Healer” star Ji Chang Wook also made it to the list of top actors.

Lee Min Ho is set to release his Always by Lee Min Ho album this March 2017.
